I’ve been in the Finance, Accounting and Auditing profession for over a decade, and if I’m not preparing or analyzing financial reports, you’ll find me talking numbers or strategy with the management, or brainstorming a new idea with my team.

With me, it’s all about challenging myself, my team and the status quo. Driving Change   with calculated risks keeps my job exciting and my team motivated. They know our problems are theirs to solve, and they can rely on my guidance and expertise to coach them through the hurdles.

I learn from multiple sources – books, blogs, financial magazines, certification, my colleagues and managers. I don’t like reinventing the wheel. I establish best practices, and tweak as required.
